Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will present Hollywood star Hugh Jackman a memento on behalf of the Indian film industry at FICCI FRAMES on 25th March, the concluding day of the event, in Bombay.

But Ash isn’t the only one celebrating, newcomers Anushka and Ranveer also have something to cheer about. Yash Raj Films’ Band Baaja Baaraat completed 100 days of its run today (19th March) in 122 cinemas. Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film stars Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. Music is composed by Salim-Sulaiman.

BBB isn’t the only film winning honours. Sangeeta Datta’s Life Goes On released in the UK on 11th March with a premiere. It will hit the screens in India next week (25th). The film stars Sharmila Tagore, Soha Ali Khan, Om Puri and Girish Karnad. Music is scored by Soumik who is a well-known sarod player.
