We’re almost towards the end of 2017, and it has been an eventful year for the film industry. With so many blockbuster Bollywood tracks, this year has been a joyous ride.

But most movies of 2017 were popular because of their foot tapping tracks that made all the right amount of buzz for the films. Here’s a list of top ten Hindi songs of 2017.

1. Enna Sonna (Ok Jaanu)

When you have Arijit Singh’s charming voice and A. R. Rahman’s magical melody, what will you expect from the song? It surely has to be amazing. It’s a track that you will love hearing constantly whether you are in love with someone or not.

2. Zaalima (Raees)

Yet again, Arijit Singh mesmerized us with his voice in Zaalima. With female vocal of Harshdeep Kaur, she surprised with her versatile style. The song Zaalima has been written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira Khan complements each other with their crackling chemistry in the song.

3. Humsafar (Badrinath Ki Dulhania)

The wonderful voice crooned by Akhil Sachdeva and Mansheel Gujral created magic in our hearts. This heart touching melody is the love anthem of the year. The lyrics penned by Akhil himself. Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s chemistry made the song a pleasant watch. The unplugged version sang by Alia Bhatt is another memorable addition to the album.

4. Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin (Meri Pyaari Bindu)

With the husky texture to her unconventional voice, Parineeti Chopra debuted her long awaited dream to sing with Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin from Meri Pyaar Bindu. She stole our heart away with her melodious voice. She added her own charm in the song, which sound a lot like a ghazal. This song has to be in our list .

5. Ullu Ka Pattha (Jagga Jasoos)

This quirky song Ullu Ka Pattha from Jagga Jassos surely added some fun to your playlist in 2017. This song was a treat for music lovers. Pritam Chakroborty’s amazing music added a lot of funny elements in this track and in fact, we can clearly feel his magical touch in the full album of Jagga Jassos. The main vocals by versatile Arijit Singh and Nikita Gandhi’s raw texture complemented each other a lot in this track.

6. Safar (Jab Harry Met Sejal)

This song is perfect ode to those who travel as well as to those who live abroad or are away from their homeland just like me. Arijit Singh’s voice touched our heart so much that it truly mesmerized us. This is not just a song but it is actually narrating a tale about who are not living with their own people.

7. Nazm Nazm (Bareilly Ki Barfi)

The melodious and love song of Bareilly Ki Barfi- Nazm Nazm, made you remember your the love of your life. This love song was infused with amazing Hindi and Urdu lyrics both. The narrative nuances of the song with its visuals are the USP of this track. The song is written, sung and composed by Arko. The song shows the love track between the main lead. From sending and receiving letters to dancing at a wedding, it shows love in its purest form.

8. Kanha (Shubh Mangal Saavdhan)

The song is sung by Shashaa Tirupati and music is given by Tanishq and Vayu. This duo has also written the song. It’s a perfect song to listen on a rainy day with its soothing music and touching lyrics. It’s a fusion of rock music with a desi touch.

9. Main Kaun Hoon (Secret Superstar)

The song Main Kaun Hoon from Secret Superstar crooned you to question you about your identity. This sung is by 16-year-old Meghna Mishra. Her voice is enough to soothe your mood and you will get lost in the song. Music is by the maestro Amit Trivedi and it goes very well with the lyrics and mood of the song.

10. Dil Diyan Gallan (Tiger Zinda Hai)

This love track from Tiger Zinda Hai is a must have in everybody’s playlist. Dil Diyan Gallan is soulful track which strikes the right chord. The song is sung by none other than Atif Aslam and is penned by Irshad Kamil. For the first time, Atif Aslam has sung in such low notes which is very rare for him. Personally, I felt the song was not much impactful on its first hearing as I had very high expectations from it, but over the course of time, this track has topped my playlist making me fall in love with it.
