Yash Raj Films has released the first look of their latest project Ishaqzaade . Arjun Kapoor, son of producer Boney Kapoor, stars in the film with Parineeti Chopra, cousin of actress Priyanka Chopra. Sonam Kapoor, Arjun’s cousin, cheered for the debut-making actor on Twitter.com, “My brother Arjun guys! Super excited! Yall are gonna rock!”
Written and directed by Habib Faisal (director of Do Dooni Chaar and writer of Band Baaja Baaraat), Ishaqzaade will now be Arjun Kapoor’s launchpad as his previously announced debut-film, Virus Diwan, has taken a backseat. Parineeti, who is also a newcomer, will also be seen in YRF’s Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl (releasing Dec 9).

Ishaqzaade, produced by Aditya Chopra, has already gone on floors and is scheduled for a May 2012 release.
