‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’ Director Rajesh Mapuskar Arrested For Domestic Violence

Ferrari Ki Sawaari‘ director Rajesh Mapuskar who also assisted Rajkumar Hirani on ‘Munnabhai Series‘ and ‘3 Idiots‘ was arrested by Dindoshi Police on Tuesday at 11 pm as there was complaint registered against him by his wife Nisha, who accused him for forgery and domestic violence.

Nisha, who stays in 5 BHK flat in Goregaon with her two sons claims that her husband has not paid society maintenance bills from several months.

She also said that in 2010 Rajesh forcefully admitted her to Masina Hospital claiming that she is mentally unstable. She further added that, while she was sedated her husband was in an extra marital affair with Maheep Dhillon, who assisted him in ‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari‘.

The Senior Police Inspector of Dindoshi, Avinash Sawant said to a leading daily that Rajesh Mapuskar has been arrested, produced before the court and remanded into judicial custody.
