Multi tasker Farhan Akhtar, who has donned multiple hats in a very short span of his career has been working unusually hard for his upcoming film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. A biopic, based on athlete Milkha Singh’s life, Akhtar was required to go through extensive rigorous training for a 60 second stint in the film.
The song Zinda, which is scheduled to release later tomorrow will show glimpses of Farhan’s extensive three month long training he undertook at a higher altitude. The song is shot in Ladakh which is the highest plateau in teh Kashmir belt. For the song, Farhan was required to run with tire tied to his belly at 16000 ft. Following 3 months of constant altitude training, he trained for another month in Ladakh.

Fretting so much over one scene in the film, Farhan has finally mastered the perfectionist skill in him. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag which is directed by Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra of Rang De Basanti fame is looking for 12th July release this year and will star Sonam Kapoor opposite Farhan Akhtar is lead role.
