Every time actors John Abraham and Akshay Kumar are seen together, all that fans have in their mind is ‘make some noise for the Desi Boyz’. They indeed created a fun ride in their last union as Hunter & Rocco, and we’ve literally dying to see them reunite on the big screen! But looks like, the wait isn’t too long!

We met John for the promotion of his upcoming movie, Batla House, and asked him whether collaboration with Akshay Kumar is happening anytime soon. The actor answered, “We want to do films together and we hope we can do something interesting in the future together”

Also, regarding the Batla House clash with Mission Mangal at the box office, John said, “I think that there are 2 good films coming on Independence Day, and the audience has got a great opportunity to see a film like Batla House and also, Mission Mangal which I’m sure will be very good. I always wish him all the best and also to Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha and Nithya Menon.

We certainly can’t wait to see the kickass duo on screens again, how about y’all?

Meanwhile, Batla House, based on a real-life based incident, Batla House Encounter, which took place in Delhi in 2008, has been directed by Nikkhil Advani and stars Mrunal Thakur as the female lead.

The action-thriller is slated to hit theatres on August 15.
