Ayushmann Khurrana is all set to enthral the audience with his upcoming film Dream Girl. In the film, the actor enacts as a girl named Pooja and talks to strangers on call. The trailer has received a great response and everyone is super excited to see the film.

While talking to Big FM, the Vicky Donor actor revealed how radio plays an important medium for his character Pooja to talk to men. Ayushmann Khurrana said, “Radio is a key aspect in the movie. I have dubbed in a female voice this time. I have a lot of practice speaking in a female voice. When I’d be at the studio recording, I would call my girlfriend and if her father answered the phone, I’d use a female voice. (Laughs) I’m very glad that the trailer is gaining traction and is trending. I’m really hoping the movie does well and is accepted by everyone.”

The film also stars Nushrat Bharucha in the lead role who plays his love interest. Their chemistry in the film looks fresh and promising.

Dream Girl is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and also stars Annu Kapoor, Manjot Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Vijay Raaz and Nidhi Bisht in pivotal roles. The film will hit the screens on September 13.

After Dream Girl, Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen in Amar Kaushik’s Bala. He stars alongside Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam in the film.
