Diet Sabya Slams Nora Fatehi’s Pachatoge Music Video For ‘Stealing’ From Beyonce’s Mine

The latest music video of dancer-actress Nora Fatehi is drawing attention for the uncanny resemblance it bears with a song of pop star Beyonce.

Nora’s new video is for the female version of “Pachtaoge”. In the video, the Bollywood dancing sensation is seen in an all-white outfit, with background dancers dressed in nude-coloured outfits.

The set-up of Nora Fatehi’s music video bears a resemblance with the music video of Beyonce’s 2013 song, “Mine”, which featured in her album, “Beyonce”. In the “Mine” video, the American superstar is seen in similar all-white outfit and dancers dressed in various shades of browns.

The anonymous Instagram account, Dietsabya called out Nora Fatehi’s Pachtaoge, sharing videos of both the songs.

“@tseries.official out here stealing from THE QUEEN. Guts on! Top: @beyonce MINE; bottom: @norafatehi in PACHTAOGE,” the clips were captioned.

The female version of “Pachtaoge” feat Nora is sung by Asees Kaur and it was unveiled last week.

Meanwhile, talking about the song Nora Fatehi recently said, “My brand as Nora Fatehi, whether it’s a song in a movie, a music video in India or my independent international projects, is all about keeping it fresh and being experimental with an international touch. And that’s what has made me who I am today and that’s what my fans expect from me now.”

“The acting and dancing in this video are different — it’s all in the eyes, very composed and internal. The form of dance, which I have attempted for the first time, is contemporary abstract body movements, to tell a story of emotional struggle and the subsequent breakthrough of self love,” Nora added.
