The gorgeous Bollywood, Tamil & Telugu actress Tamannaah Bhatia has been in the news lately for buying a stunning sea facing apartment in Mumbai last month for double the price i.e. 16.60 crores. The reports have surely become a reason for trouble for her as everyone has been asking her about it. But is there any truth in these reports?

Tamannaah in her recent interview with Mumbai Mirror thrashed the rumours and revealed the truth. She said that she has bought the flat but not at the double price.

When Tamannaah was asked the question, she asked, “Now what do I say to something like that?” However, she clarified and said that it was her school teacher who texted her after she came across the news. “I told him, I’m Sindhi, how can I pay double the price for an apartment?” she added.

She even added that it became embarrassing when more people started asking her about it, “After a while it became embarrassing as people kept asking about it. I have bought a house, but I did not pay double for it. My parents and I will move into it once the house is ready. I just want it to be a simple, artistic house with an earthy look.” she concluded.
