The remake is the trend in Bollywood for quite a long time now but the super success of Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh guarantees that more remakes are on its way. Recently, even before the release, filmmaker and producer Karan Johar acquired Hindi remake rights of Vijay Deverakonda’s Dear Comrade.
Apparently, Vijay Deverakonda was approached for Hindi remake of Dear Comrade with an amount of 40 crores being offered. However, the south star turned down the proposal.
