Deepika Padukone has been missing from the big screen for almost 2 years now. But she is all set to return with a bang with Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. Deepika is currently leaving no stone unturned in promoting the film. And it was during one such promotional even that Deepika spoke about Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming release, Panga.
Deepika has been heard saying, “I watch a lot of trailers for films with my cast and when I get time, I watch these films as an audience. Panga’s trailer impressed me a lot. Looking at this trailer, which is painted by Kangana Ranaut’s performance, it seems that this film will also be very good.”

Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Panga stars Jassie Gill, Richa Chadha and Neena Gupta in pivotal roles. Kangana’s sister, Rangoli Chandel acknowledged DP’s appreciation of her sister with a tweet that has a series of folded hands emoji.
Well this is not the first time that Deepika has been vocal about her appreciation for Kangana. Back in 2014, Deepika was awarded the best actress award for Happy New Year. She, however, dedicated the award to Kangana for her role in Queen. Accepting the award, Deepika had said, “Thank you for this award, but I believe that this year belonged to Kangana. So, Kangana, this one’s for you.”
