Deepika Padukone Opens Up On Her Chemistry With Ranveer Singh in ’83

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh make for a stunning couple and after their wedding last year, their fans have been waiting to see them together. The couple worked earlier in films like Goliyon Ki Raasleela – Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. However, the films had a tragic ending.

DeepVeer is all set to star together in Kabir Khan’s upcoming film ’83. In the film, Ranveer Singh will essay former Indian Cricket captain Kapil Dev’s role and DP will play his wife Romi. While talking to Mumbai Mirror, the Piku actress opened up about her chemistry with Ranveer in ’83.

Deepika said that as actors, she and Ranveer can’t let their personal equation come in the picture in a film. They have to be fully focused on the moment and their respective characters. The actress further said, “You cease to exist as the person you are and only live the character that you are playing. Our personal equation won’t have any role to play in this film.”

A few months ago, DeepVeer shot for the film in London. ’83 also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, and others in pivotal roles.
