Deepika Padukone On Film With Salman Khan: “Would Like To See Him In A Role Like In Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam”

Deepika Padukone may be currently busy with Chhapaak promotions, but it is the collab with Kartik Aaryan, Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan, that’s making most noises. While the fun banter on Instagram with Kartik and the viral video with Hrithik had a lot to say, the Chhapaak actress is addressing reports around a film with Salman, something that their fans have been long anticipating for.

It has been multiple times that fans of both the superstars have been willing for them to collaborate, and who doesn’t want to witness the best of both worlds coming together? However, the duo in the past have rejected projects for reasons yet unknown.

Talking about the collaboration with the Dabangg actor, Deepika Padukone shared, “I think our fans are always curious about if we’re doing a film together, when we’re doing a film together. I definitely want it to happen but it’s important for us to come together for a right kind of film also. I’ve always said that because I think we’ve seen Salman Khan in certain types of films. I’m the biggest fan of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, and I would like to see him in that kind of a role. Or something different from what he has done. So I think it’s really the script and we’ve not really been offered anything in recent times, but I would love to do collaborate with him.”

Meanwhile, rumours were also doing the round that the actress was supposed to do Chhapaak promotions on Salman Khan’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode on Bigg Boss 13 but cancelled the shoot end moment.

Regarding the same, the actress clarified, “There is no conversation on going on Bigg Boss. In fact, isn’t it over? It should be finish by now, right? No, there’s no plan on going on Bigg Boss.”
