Deepika Padukone Asks For A Lawyer’s Service And We Wonder Why!

Deepika Padukone, who had taken a year break from films, is soon returning back with a promising story titled Chhappak. But before we see her on the big screen, Deepika is making sure she is present at different events and seen by her fans. The Chhapaak actress recently graced The Print’s Off The Cuff event and discussed the many things going on in her life.

During the interaction, Deepika was asked many questions by the audience as well. And when one person from the audience got up to ask a question and introduced him as a lawyer, Deepika has a very unusual reply to it.

The man got up and introduced him as, ” So my name is Vismay Shroff and I am a lawyer and a law professor. I had the pleasure of meeting you at your wedding.” and Deepika interrupted him in between. She said, “I might need your services really soon,” and laughs it off.

Now we wonder why she needs a lawyer. Deepika Padukone has already invested in properties like Drum Foods International Pvt. Ltd, the maker of flavoured yoghurt brand Epigamia, her new production house, her NGO, the Live Love Laugh Foundation (TLLL Foundation) and we wonder what next is she doing that requires her a lawyer.

Apart from this, on the work front, Deepika will essay the role of an acid attack survivor in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhappak. She will also essay the role of Romi Dev, Kapil Dev’s wife in Ranveer Singh starrer ‘83.
