Deepika Not Signed For Salman Khan’s Tubelight

It was earlier speculated that Deepika Padukone will play Salman Khan’s love interest in Kabir Khan’s Tubelight.

But, Deepika has recently signed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati, which means logically she can’t be a part of Tubelight, which will go on floors tomorrow. Also, considering the fact how particular Bhansali, as a director, is about his actors’ dedication towards his projects.

Reports suggest that, the female lead in the film will be played by an actress of Chinese origin, though it’s not confirmed that she’ll be Salman’s lady love or not.

As of now, the finalized cast includes Sohail Khan, who will play Salman’s brother in the film and a Chinese Kid in a key role. Tubelight, directed by Kabir Khan, is set to hit the screen on Eid 2017.
