Along with the biopic trend, now it’s the trend of remaking South cinemas which is flowing around in the Industry. Previously, we’ve witnessed some tremendous films like Ghajini, Singham and recently, Kabir Singh, created a storm at the Box Office. KJo as he announced yesterday will be remaking Vijay Deverakonda’s Dear Comrade in Hindi this time, and looks like he’s willing to get Janhvi Kapoor & Ishaan Khatter to play the leads.

Rumours has it that Karan is willing to bring back his new gen fav couple for this project after a successful pairing that they created in Dhadak (2018) which was a remake of Marathi movie, Sairat. The audiences might connect with them just right and it can turn out to be another success for Bollywood at the box office.

Janhvi made her debut with Dhadak and received rave reviews from both the critics and the audiences. Moreover, rumours are rife that Sridevi’s daughter is dating his on-screen love interest Ishaan in real life since a long time. Lauded both off and on-screen, it all makes sense and may prove out to be actually beneficial for Dear Comrade remake.

Vijay happily extended his support to Karan for producing “Dear Comrade” in Hindi. “So proud to have this man, watch, love and be the one to remake our baby ‘Dear Comrade’ in Hindi. Karan, biggest hugs, love and respect for you.”

Directed by Bharat Kamma, “Dear Comrade” will release on July 26.
