The shoot for Dabangg 3 is in the full swing as Salman Khan and team are working at a brisk pace. It is now learnt that the shoot to take place in Mumbai, in the next week, with a considerable chunk of the film to be shot at a particular set. It will kick-start with the portions of Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and a child artist.

As per the report in Mumbai Mirror, the shoot will take place in Mehboob Studio from June 15. As the film is a prequel, it will feature more of a family drama when compared to Dabangg and Dabangg 2. “The set designers have erected a bungalow with a balcony facing a lake in the studio. Unlike the two previous instalments which were high on action and drama, Part 3 has a strong family angle taking the story forward,” reveals the source close to the film.

Directed by Prabhudheva, Dabangg 3 features Kannada actor Kichcha Sudeep in a negative role, along with Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha. It is slated to hit the screens on 20th December 2020.

Recently, Kichcha Sudeep revealed that he and Salman Khan will be seen fighting bare-chested in the climax of Prabhudheva directed Dabangg 3, which will release this Christmas.

In Dabangg 3, which marks the return of Salman as Chulbul Pandey, Sudeep plays the antagonist.

Sudeep tweeted: “Climax shoot for ‘Dabangg 3‘ has been very hectic, yet a great experience.”

He said a massive set was erected for the climax shoot.

“Bare body fight against Salman Khan is the least I had ever thought of doing, ever. Yeah I do carry a little confidence today and I’m enjoying it,” Sudeep said.
