Landing up a role in a Bollywood flick is a fascination for quite a lot of people. Taking up such an opportunity is James Crabtree, the famed British journalist and currently the Mumbai Bureau Chief of London based Financial Times. On being approached to be a part of a Salman Khan’s Kick, the journalist had little to think and hopped on board immediately.
Grabbing the opportunity, James was excited to be seen sharing screen space with the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and expected a scene or two with the star.

Although quite a disappointment for this media professional, he learnt that the film fraternity is not all merry when it comes to working in it. Portraying the role of a foreign diplomat, James has a blink and miss role in this action drama. He stated on his blog that after the 20th take, he lost the gleam in his eyes for working in Bollywood.

While the journalist-turned-actor did not even meet Salman Khan on sets of the film, looks like James may not be returning to the silver screen again after his not-so-pleasant experience.
