All Shah Rukh Khan fans now want is an announcement regarding his next. Although it is being said the actor is in conversations with three directors – Raj & DK, Rajkumar Hirani and South director Atlee Kumar, which one’s going to be the first film is still unknown. However, good news comes in now as the details regarding the film with 3 Idiots director is out.

If recent reports are to be believed, the actor is all set to announce his next with Rajkumar Hirani, soon after the final details within the team are locked. Hirani was said to be on a location recce, and has narrowed down on Gujarat, London, Canada.

Furthermore, it is being said that the film will go on floors in August this year. The film will be backed by Shah Rukh Khan’s own, Red Chillies Entertainment. Names of actresses like Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kajol have earlier surfaced across the social media platforms, but the leading actress is yet to be finalised.

Something similar had earlier been revealed too by a source close to Deccan Chronicle. “Rajkumari Hirani Productions and Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies will co-produce the SRK starrer. Hirani’s regular writer Abhijat Joshi will script the film, which is about immigration. It will be a light-hearted film but would have a deep dramatic core to it. Most importantly, it is something that Shah Rukh has not done before,” read their report.

Now with similar buzz doing the rounds, it looks like SRK is finally making his comeback after 2 years. He was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero that tanked at the box office. The film also starred Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in leading roles.
