BREAKING: Not Akshay Kumar, But Shah Rukh Khan In Sajid Nadiadwala’s Land Of Lungi?

Is this happening? We are aware whenever news talking about Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming project comes in, it’s understandable about being it a rumour. Now, the report of Shah replacing Akshay Kumar for Sajid Nadiadwala Land Of Lungi (LOL) has surfaced online.

The duo, Shah and Sajid, despite being good friends haven’t worked together yet. Shah Rukh Khan is currently taking every cautious step in order to choose his next film. Satte Pe Satta, Don 3, a film with Rajkumar Hirani and many more rumoured movies are already annexed with SRK’s credits.

A source close to Pinkvilla has revealed, “Sajid and Shah Rukh had been discussing making a film for quite some time. Their collaboration has been on the cards and now, it’s mostly happening. Sajid has offered LOL Land OF Lungi to Shah Rukh Khan. It’s a masala actioner that’s a remake of Ajith starrer Veeram. The film will be directed by Farhad Samji.”

It also adds, “He has not given a green signal to any project. It’s true he is in talks for LOL but he has not taken a call on the same yet. He’s reading all the scripts that are coming to him and will decide on his next project in a few months from now. He has watched Veeram and liked how the makers have spinned off the Hindi version. LOL is not only massy but is extremely funny and entertaining. As of now, SRK has liked the script.”

Land Of Lungi was first offered to Akshay Kumar and then Vicky Kaushal. But it seems, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to come back with a ‘Chennai Express‘ zone film.
