Box Office Star Of February 2018: Akshay Kumar For Padman

Akshay Kumar’s PadMan has been receiving an overwhelming response at the box office. Even though PadMan revolved around a sensitive topic, the audience are enjoying the film.

PadMan has become the highest grosser of this month. But the film will face the competition with Kartik Aaryan’s Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. The film is doing well at the box office and it has collected a total amount of 41.08 crores. It can beat Padman in the coming days.

Talking about PadMan, the film has been made on a controlled budget of 37.00 crores, the film has been a successful venture for the makers. PadMan has become the first film of 2018 to enter the list of profitable films.

PadMan is a film inspired by the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a social activist from Tamil Nadu who revolutionized the concept of menstrual hygiene in rural India. The movie is directed by R. Balki.
