After welcoming the beautiful Priyanka Chopra and comedian Sunil Grover, Salman Khan recently welcomed two new members to his Bharat family. Bollywood’s ladies Tabu and Disha Patani received a warm welcome from the whole team of Bharat.

Disha patani has been seen in two blockbuster films in Bollywood, Ms Dhoni-The Untold Story and Baaghi 2, but unfortunately in both the movies, her role was not that significant. In the movie Ms Dhoni, she is barely seen in the movie, though her role in Baaghi 2 was longer than that of Ms Dhoni, still it was predominantly a Tiger Shroff’s Film.

Disha Patani to have a smaller role in Salman Khan’s Bharat?
Bharat: Priyanka Chopra To Have A Meatier Role Than Disha Patani In This Salman Khan Starrer?

The actress, has signed another big project, in the Salman Khan’s starrer- Bharat. Regardless, of being cast against the superstar-Salman Khan, reports suggest that her role is not that prominent as compared to Priyanka Chopra. According to DNA, Disha Patani is likely to have a minor role as compared to Priyanka Chopra in Salman Khan’s Bharat. A source revealed to DNA, “Disha’s role in the Partition-based drama is smaller compared to that of Priyanka Chopra’s. Salman’s character, who ages from the 20s to the 70s, comes across Disha’s character when he’s young. But they don’t end up together. The film’s makers were looking for a fresh face and someone with great flexibility (the role is of a trapeze artist). Hence, Disha fit the bill perfectly.”

Despite of having a smaller role, she will be seen opposite Salman Khan, which will bring all the luck and felicity for her.

Bharat traces the journey of a man that starts in 1947 and ends in 2002. Producer Atul Agnihotri says,”It’s the journey of a country and also a person, both of whom go by the name of Bharat.”

Bharat is an official adaptation of 2014 south Korean film, Ode to my Father which depicted modern Korean history from the 1950’s to the present day through the life of an ordinary man.

The film has an breathtaking cast of Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Tabu & Disha Patani and is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.
