The 3-minute, 32-second trailer does a great job of highlighting all the movie’s selling points without telling you the whole story. The trailer introduces this mysterious villain, hiding his identity behind the mask and his intentions of swiftly taking over the world and ruining the country. This villain does not fear death and has nothing to lose.

Ronit Roy plays the head of the army, who gives a great segue to introduce our heroes: to deal with one maniac, you have to get two more. Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar make a fierce entry amongst blazing guns and deserted war pieces.

Coupled with bits and pieces of humor, we also get to see Manushi Chillar as the agent in charge. Also, our first look at Alaya F, the tech-savvy undercover agent, is also in the trailer.

Following is a medley of gruesome fighting, high-speed chases, and a whirlwind montage of Kumar-Shroff battling the bad guys. We also see two small glimpses of Sonakshi Sinha, which are just two small glimpses, furthering the mystery around her character in the movie.

But Lo and behold, the masked devil captures our heroes. And he is ready to scale up his reign of terror while challenging Akshay and Tiger to do whatever they can to save their beloved country.

And if there’s one thing we know by now, it is that they never challenge either Akshay or Tiger to prove their love for their country. Because they will and in the most adrenaline-pumped way they can.

But Ali Abbas Zafar is bringing a new meaning to the word twists, because the friends turn into foes toward the end of the trailer. The ending scene shows Kumar battling Shroff with the title rolling in just as the interest piques. Action, war, and espionage are all story arcs in which Zafar excels. From the looks of the trailer, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan only resembles its namesake in the title.

While the trailer is all we expected and a bit more. It follows true to the themes of what all three, Tiger, Akshay, and Ali, excel in. Which is putting on a gripping show for the masses. We wish we had seen more of Sonakshi in the trailer, but keeping her hidden is a strategic move. The trailer looks promising, and if the hype continues, this will also be reflected in the box-office collections.
