As the news of Akshay Kumar & Sajid Nadiadwala collaborating for action entertainer Bachchan Pandey broke today morning, the online world went crazy. While the world is just getting ready to witness his Aug 15 release Mission Mangal, Akshay just confirmed his 6th upcoming film after MM, Housefull 4, Good News, Sooryavanshi & Laxmmi Bomb.

Although it was being said that Bachchan Pandey & Land Of Lungi both are different films by Nadiadwala & Grandson Entertainment, but the recent reports suggest that the film is indeed a Veeram remake, and Land Of Lungi was also supposed to be the remake of that film only.

Also, the announcement poster of Bachchan Pandey shows Akshay wearing a Lungi and that just strengthens up our belief in the news. It could well be the situation that makers have announced Land Of Lungi with another title.

Also, according to Peeping Moon reports, Kriti Sanon has been confirmed as the lead actress of the film and the announcement regarding will be made tomorrow as it happens to be her birthday. If this happens, Kriti and Akshay will be seen together in 2nd film after Housefull 4.

Bachchan Pandey will be directed Farhad Samji who has earlier worked as a director with Akshay in Entertainment and Housefull 4. He has also written the dialogues for Sooryavanshi which brings Akshay & Katrina Kaif back together after a long time and is being directed by Rohit Shetty.
