Baaghi 3 To Re-Release At The Box Office Post Coronavirus Pandemic Subsides? Here’s What Tiger Shroff Has To Say About It

Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 3 was touted to be the next big thing of the year after the grand success of Ajay Devgn’s Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. However, despite taking the best start and staying steady on the weekdays, the film eventually went down due to theatres being shutdown. Although mix word-of-mouth is surely one of the reasons for the film’s under-performance, the ongoing situation has surely put up a major dent.

Till now Baaghi 3 has collected 96.87 crores and seeming concerned about such numbers, Tiger Shroff expressed his desire that his action entertainer re-releases soon. The action star replied to the tweet of one of the trade analysts, who explained that the film has lost out on a big chunk of the business due to coronavirus outbreak.

Well, we too hope that the film re-releases very soon!

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 3 released on 6th March 2020. It also features Riteish Deshmukh, Shraddha Kapoor, Jameel Khoury, Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma, in key roles.

Meanwhile, Khan, who also directed Baaghi 2, gives credit to the film’s action quotient and lead actor Tiger Shroff’s popularity for the franchise’s success, while speaking to IANS. “One (reason for success) is definitely Tiger Shroff’s fan following, and the other is the film’s action, which merges with the story. The credit surely goes to Tiger Shroff. This is because even though other heroes can perform action, he is trained very well to do this kind of action,” said the filmmaker.
