The tweet was for the Indian government who decided to revoke article 370 of the Indian Constitution which gives a special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It has been reported that armed forces have been deployed and former CMs of J&K , Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah are under house arrest. Mobile communications have been suspended as the govt has enforced Section 144. All internet services have been removed in order to not give rise to anti-Indian slogans, and stop the dissemination of news.
