The film’s sequel is overtly ambitious and according to reports of a leading daily, Boney Kapoor has managed to put together again the sparkling team of Shekhar Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Sridevi who had earlier made the film an unbeatable classic.
Boney Kapoor is expected to sign in his son, the Ishaqzaade star, Arjun, whose last film Aurangzeb got him rave reviews from critics for his performance. The film will be an absolute family affair and while Mr India 2 is on the cards, the substantial work on the script and cast has just begun. It is a challenge to make the sequel of a film already pronounced a classic!
