Mohit Suri’s upcoming project Do Villain is in news for quite some time now. Several names of actors have surfaced, who were believed to be a part of this much talked about project. But, with what we hear, the director’s search has come to an end with Arjun Kapoor.
Yes! You heard it right. The Half Girlfriend director-actor duo is all set to unite once again. Arjun whose last film Namaste England was a debacle at the box office, might hit the right chords this time.

According to the reports in ETimes, Arjun Kapoor is all set to step into the grey shade and essay the baddie in Do Villain. Reports also state that along with the Kapoor lad, we will see John Abraham, Disha Patania and Tara Sutaria in the film.

If the sources are to be believed that Arjun Kapoor has already signed on the dotted line for this thriller drama. Interestingly, the 2 States actor was rumoured to be a part of the film originally but eventually, the role went to Aditya Roy Kapoor. However, due to some creative differences, Aditya stepped out and now once again Arjun is back in the gang. Do Villain will be a sequel to the 2014 crime thriller Ek Villain which fared extremely well at the box office.
The 2014 film starred Siddharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. RD did a fabulous job as the Villain in the first part. We wonder if Arjun Kapoor will be able to pull off the negative character like him because comparisons are bound to happen.

Back in March, Mohit Suri had marked the beginning of ‘Do Villain’ with a post on social media, announcing, “Let the fight begin !! Bad v/s badder !!”. Now with Arjun Kapoor stepping in, we are sure fans will be eagerly waiting for this film to roll.
