Join UsFamous Singer Arjun Kanungo is making his big Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan and Disha Patani in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai is known to all. Arjun Kunango has opened up about his part now and has also spilled beans over his film with Anurag Kashyap.
Arjun who is making his debut with Radhe has a huge responsibility on his shoulders. The singer revealed that his role in Radhe is very difficult for a first timer and that he did not expect it to be this deep.
Talking to Mid-day about the same, Arjun said, “I wasn’t expecting such a difficult part; it is a proper acting role. My character is not simple to understand in the beginning. He has different shades, and the fact that he is not straightforward made it difficult [to play him]. But, I enjoyed the process a 100 per cent. It was nice to be around people who guided me.”
Arjun also spoke about how Salman whom he has been friends with for a while is awe inspiring and not intimidating. Salman has been telling Arjun to try his hand on acting but the Fursat singer was waiting for an offer from the star.
Meanwhile, Arjun will also be seen in Anurag Kashyap’s next film and he said that he has already shot for the same. He said, “I’ve sung for a couple of films, including one that has been directed by Anurag Kashyap. While it has been shot, a few days’ work is pending. The music is by Amit [Trivedi] and I’ve rendered a few songs. I got to be in the film as well.”

Talking about the success, he said, “Just because I’m making my debut with a Salman Khan-film doesn’t mean I’ve made it. I have to make sure that I deserve [stardom] and will work hard for it. If I do, I will be as much an actor as singer.”
However, set to release on Eid, Radhe also stars Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda and is directed by Prabhudheva.
