Right from her debut film ‘Rab Ne Banadi Jodi‘ Anushka Sharma has been a part of larger than life kind of films, and is seen playing characters with minimal variations. However, her forthcoming film NH10 represents to be an image breaker, where she has much more to enact than just a pretty face, dance and lip sync.
NH 10‘s story impressed Anushka so much that she decided to be one of the producers of the film starting her maiden production under ‘Clean Slate Films’ banner and is very much confident about the film. Anushka said, “We just want the film to be watched by people. I think my sensibilities are probably very different.”

“When I do a film, like even the films that I have acted in, the stories are paramount for me. Because ultimately you are grabbing the attention of people. Songs and other things attract an audience, but that’s just till they reach the theatre after that you have to let the story’s course run its way. So I am confident because we have a good film in hand and apart from that you can never know you just have to wait and see what people have to think about the film. But it is looking very good and I am feeling confident,” said the actress-producer.

The year can be a game changer for Anushka’s career as she has other two big banner movies, Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Zoya Akhtar’s multi-starrer Dil Dhadakne Do to release this year.
