Anubhav Sinha Backs Shah Rukh Khan & Aamir Khan Again: “What Was Government’s Opinion When Shah Rukh’s Car Was Pelted With Stones?”

A lot of people are bashing Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan for staying quiet regarding the Anti-CAA protests, attacks on students and protestors and the disturbance in the country. Yesterday, Deepika Padukone visited JNU as a part of the protests and took a stand against the attack happened on them on January 5.

While many people are hailing the actress, some took it as an opportunity to bash Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan yet again for staying mum. A journalist tweeted about SRK, Aamir and Salman being on radio silence mode while Deepika being on hyperactive mode. When a Twitter user asked the journalist why isn’t he asking the same question to Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and others, the journalist replied saying that they used to take the political positions and he wants to know their stance.

Yet again, Anubhav Sinha backed SRK and Aamir and bashed the journalist. Anubhav wrote, “What was the Government’s opinion when Shah Rukh’s car was pelted with stones in Gujarat for using the term ‘Intolerance’. Or when All the News Channels picked the first half of Aamir’s sentence and trolled him for months. No. #AskMrModi what he feels about JNU. Will You???”

A few days ago, the Mulk director came out in support of both the Khans. He said in his tweet that when 5 years ago, both Aamir and SRK talked about intolerance, they were called out by people. At that time, no one took a stand for them.

His tweet reads, “Do you remember five years back two superstars of India used a word that they were condemned for and NO ONE stood up for them? NO ONE. The stars were Shah Rukh and Aamir. The word was INTOLERANCE and they were so damn right……”
