Be it any issue in the country, Bollywood stars are known to contribute monetarily towards various relief funds. One of those stars is Bollywood’s mega-star Amitabh Bachchan. This year, a lot of regions in Maharashtra were hit by floods which caused a lot of destruction of property and lives. Several districts like Kolhapur, Sangli and Satara were affected by floods. A lot of villages in these districts almost perished away in the water.

Amitabh Bachchan made a contribution of Rs 51 lakh to CM Relief Fund for Maharashtra floods. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis took to his Twitter page to share Big B.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will be back on TV as the host of game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. The show has entered its 11th season and the actor, as well as the audience, is very excited for the same.
