Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu have been a treat for movie goesr in Pink and Badla. While Amitabh Bachchan is a celebrated legend, Taapsee has proven her acting chops time and again with films like Mission Mangal, Badla, Mulk and Naam Shabana.
While it’s a dream come true for most actors to be recognized for their talent by Bollywood’s original Don, Taapsee is on cloud 9 after Mr. Bachchan has called her one of the most accomplished actors of Bollywood. And now while speaking about his career choices the legendary actor has said thrillers like Badla are the most rewarding genre for him.

Speaking about the working with filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh and Taapsee during ‘Badla’ Amitabh Bachchan has been quoted by TOI saying, “Working on this mystery thriller has been a most rewarding experience for me. Sujoy Ghosh, the director of the film, needs to be given credit for putting this intricate tale in a most exciting and watchable manner.”

The Sholay actor further said, “Taapsee Pannu, who has worked with me before, is a most accomplished artist, and it has been a joy to be working with her again. The writing, the screenplay and the camerawork need special mention, they are responsible in giving this film its immense value.”
Badla also stars Amrita Singh, Tony Luke, Manav Kaul and Tanveer Ghani. The film is about an interview between a lawyer and a businesswoman, in which the latter insists that she is being wrongfully framed for the murder of her lover.
On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan is in talks for a suspense thriller alongside Emraan Hashmi, while Taapsee is gearing up for the release of Saand Ki Aankh alongside Bhumi Pednekar.
