During last few months, Anu Malik is been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The music composer was amongst those renowned celebrities of Bollywood, who were accused under #MeToo allegations. Post the allegations, Malik was exiled as a judge from the singing reality show, Indian Idol.
Now, after a hiatus, Anu Malik is back to the work as he composed a track for ALT Balaji’s web series titled Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala. It features Rajeev Khandelwal and Divyanka Tripathi in the lead roles.
Speaking about the same, Anu Malik quoted, “It felt good that someone of Ekta’s calibre called me to compose for her,” reports Deccan Chronicle.
He also spoke about being a special guest on Super Singer. “When I was called by the channel to listen and watch singers on their new singing show, I was stunned to see the kind of talent that is emerging in this country,” Anu Malik added.

Anu without disclosing any information, also stated that he is accommodated with two big movies as a composer.
In October 2018, Anu Malik was accused by two female singers, who called him a “paedophile” and a “sexual predator”. He has denied the allegations.
Lyricist Sameer had earlier extended support towards the composer on social media, saying: “This is really shocking and sad that today people can pass any comment without proof.”
Earlier this year, there was a buzz about Anu’s return as judge to the reality music show “Indian Idol”.
