Yes! You heard it right. The Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor film is not getting shelved. With a lot of delay and no buzz, the superhero film that Ayan Mukerji was all set to direct seemed to be in trouble earlier. But be rest assured as the latest reports suggest that the film will be going on the floors by the last quarter this year.
Earlier, gossip mongers suggested that the film was in trouble since producer Karan Johar was not finding it feasible. Although, now we hear that the film’s script is complete and Ayan has confirmed that Karan has approved the same.

An announcement on the title of the film is expected in the coming two weeks and we couldn’t be more excited.

We are not sure if Ayan is still firm on the idea of this film being the first part of a trilogy. He is awaiting Ranbir to finish the shooting of Jagga Jasoos and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, after which the actor will start prepping up for his role. Alia is currently shooting for Gauri Shinde’s untitled film which also stars Shah Rukh Khan.
