Ali told Hindustan Times, “Sabki life postpone ho gayi hai, shaadi toh… let’s see what comes out of this in the new world. I hope we come out as better people, a better system, a better climate. I think there’s a major churning happening above, below, inside and outside… everywhere. It’s definitely a time to reflect”.

Ali had recently returned to India following four months of shooting in the US. He was not just geared for new projects, but also prepping for his wedding to actor Richa Chadha, which in the current scenario, stands postponed.

Unlike many other B-town couples, Richa and Ali are currently not staying together because of the lockdown. Ali admitted that he is missing seeing his girlfriend Richa amidst the lockdown. But they are just being responsible and following the rules.

Still, the couple makes sure to share mushy posts for each other on social media platforms and catch up through video calls. On the professional front, Ali will next be seen in the highly awaited Mirzapur 2.
