“Joker release date confirmed, to arrive on 30th August, 2012,” director Shirish tweeted, “Last shooting schedule of JOKER started last night with an Item Song. Another surprise added to the film. Will reveal soon.” He also added that he would start shooting for Kick (with Salman Khan and Sonakshi) in June next year and that Joker, would not clash with Sallu’s Ek Tha Tiger.
Shirish’s second film as a director, Joker, is jointly produced by his and Farah’s production firm, Three’s Company, and Akshay’s Hari Om Entertainment Company.
