Akshay Kumar Has NOT Been Hosiptalised! Calm Down, Fans

A few days ago, a not so ‘Good Newwz’ came in the form of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar suffering injuries while shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi. His massive fan base, as expected, got worries, and started wondering if their Khiladi Kumar is fine. Soon after, Akshay’s visit to a hospital took the speculations to another note but looks like everything’s fine after all, at least with him.

Akshay Kumar was recently visited Hinduja Hosiptal at Mahim, and fans began speculating whether it was due to the injuries on the Sooryavanshi set. However, reports now suggest that it was wifey Twinkle Khanna’s mom, Dimple Kapadia, who too suffered injuring during the shoot of her next, and the superstar had gone to the hospital to visit her.

A source close to Deccan Chronicle clears the air as, “Akshay had sprained his left arm while shooting which is why his visit raised many eyebrows. Upon making further enquiries, we realised that Dimple Kapadia has been keeping unwell and hence Akshay had made a quick visit to inquire about her well-being.”

Recently, legendary Amitabh Bachchan and Lata Mangeshkar too were hospitalised and the internet was taken by storm with wishes for their favourites.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Akshay has been receiving rave reviews for his first music video, Filhall, alongside Kriti Sanon’s sister, Nupur Sanon.

The actor is stuck with a choc-o-bloc schedule with films like Sooryavanshi, Laxmmi Bomb, Good Newwz, Bachchan Pandey and the latest announced, Bell Bottom.

Akshay will next be seen on the big screen with Good Newwz. The movie also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in lead.

The posters of Good Newwz were unveiled recently, and received positive reviews with fans anticipating the release of the ‘biggest goof up of the year’.

Good Newwz is slated for a December release.
