Akshay Kumar Becomes The ONLY Indian To Get Featured In Forbes’ List Of Highest Paid Celebrities 2019

Akshay Kumar and money-spinner are synonyms to each other. The story of a “Delhi ka launda” making it big in “Bollywood” is no secret in his millions of fans and we all know how he has aced the art of shooting and releasing at least 3-4 big films every year. Akshay’s acting skills have been praised by the critics and his back to back hits talk about his unabashed stardom itself. No doubt, he is called one of the biggest superstars of the country and earns huge profits every year.

So when Forbes released the list of “The World’s Highest-Paid Celebrities” and we saw Akshay Kumar as the only Indian celebrity in the list, and it was not a surprise for us.

Our Khiladi Kumar has indeed made a place among some of the biggest and highest-paid celebs in the world as he ranks on a cool 33rd rank and above celebs like Rihanna, Kevin Hart, Jackie Chan, Bradley Cooper, Scarlett Johansson, Eminem and more.

An interesting fact about this list is that Akshay has been beaten by everyone’s favourite Robert Downey Jr. aka Iron Man by an earnings of $1 million. While Forbes shows the total earnings of Robert as $66 million (Rs 451 crores), Akshay stands tall with $65 million (Rs 444 crores).

Akshay was last seen in Kesari which proved to be his highest solo grosser of All Time and 2.0 which proved to be his highest multi-starrer grosser. His next big films include Mission Mangal, Housefull 4, Good News, Sooryavanshi, Laxmmi Bomb and Hera Pheri 3. He will also be making his grand digital debut with Amazon Prime’s The End, for which he has been reportedly paid a huge sum of Rs 90 crores.
