Every morning we wake up and there’s an update on either Aditya and Kangana Ranaut’s assault and extortion case or Aditya’s rape case.
Well, it so happened last night that the actor got an interim relief by the court till July 19, 2019 in the rape case by Bollywood actress against him.
Yesterday ANI reported the news and tweeted, “Actor Aditya Pancholi has been granted interim relief till 19th of July by Dindoshi Sessions court in a rape case filed against him.”

In an interview with PTI, Aditya stated that all these are false rape accusations and that he is not involved in this. He claims that, all this is planned by Kangana when she framed a false defamation against him. He also that he is not guilty in any of the allegations filed against him and he will fight for the truth and it will come out soon.

The complaint has been filed against Aditya in the matter that purportedly took place some 10 years ago when he had allegedly sexually assaulted the actress.
The Versova Police have lodged a first information report under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and launched a probe into the actress’ complaint.
