Aamir Khan, who was last seen in Thugs Of Hindostan, is all set to star in a very special project. Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump will be remade in Hindi as Lal Singh Chaddha, and we couldn’t have asked for a better Forrest than Aamir.
It’s also been said, Aamir and team aren’t the first ones to approach the original makers of Forrest Gump for the Hindi remake. Many filmmakers from Bollywood had tried to grab the rights, but the Forrest Gump makers were keen for someone like Aamir to portray the titular role.
