After many speculations, Incredible India has finally announced its new brand ambassadors, which are Amitabh Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra. These two stars have replace Aamir Khan as the ambassador whose contract was discontinued after his intolerance remarks about the country.

While many Bollywood celebs and Sports personalities were shortlisted in the ambassador’s list, Big B and Priyanka were finalised for this campaign. Amitabh Bachchan, who also promotes Gujarat tourism was the first choice ministry for this Initiative.

While the reason for choosing a female personality like Priyanka Chopra for ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ a part of ‘Incredible India’ was to attract more foreign tourists.

The official announcement of this news will be made post Republic day.
