Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been one of Indian television’s most loved sitcoms over the years. While each character has its own fan base, Mayur Vakani aka Sunderlal too is one very popular character. The reel and real-life brother of Disha Vakani aka Dayaben, Mayur is a man of many talents.
Apart from being one very talented actor, Mayur Vakani is also a celebrated painter and sculptor. And the actor often shares glimpses of his talent on his official social media handles. But this time, Mayur has found his fan in the director of Taarak Mehta, Malav Rajda. The director took to his official Instagram handle to shower praises on Mayur after the man-made a beautiful sketch of Malav’s wife and actress Priya Ahuja and their son.
For those of you unversed, Priya Ahuja Rajda became a household name after her stint as Rita Reporter in Taarak Mehta. Now, Mayur Vakani has sketched the lady and her beautiful baby boy in some really mesmerizing pictures.

Taking to his official Instagram handle, Malav Rajda shared the sketches made by Mayur Vakani with a caption that read, “Jethalal ji bilkul sahi kehte hai…sundar kalakar hai..waake hi @mayur_vakani you are a kalakar…wat a lovely potrait you have made of ardaas n @priyaahujarajda…thank you sooooo much.”
Mayur Vakani recently made a sculptor of PM Narendra Modi that fetched him a whopping 4 crore in a certain bid.
Meanwhile, fans are rejoicing as the shootings for fresh episodes of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah have begun. It is also being speculated that Disha Vakani might soon return to the show for some special episodes.
