Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Buy Whopping $13 Million Worth Luxury Mansion in Encino

Celebrity couple Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have finally bought their first house together. The musicians have spent a whopping $13.2 million on their luxurious property situated in Encino, California.

According to Variety, Gwen and Blake’s deal of the newly built property happened secretly off the market and there are not many photos of the house available as of now. However, reports suggest that the lavish mansion has all the amenities including a four-car garage, a large kitchen with all the top-end appliances, atmos theatre, and a backyard cabana with an outdoor kitchen. If you think that is enough, the mansion also has a beautiful spa and swimming pool.

As per media reports, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s huge and luxurious property is situated at one of the most posh places in Encino.

Fr the uninitiated, Gwen and Blake first met each other on the sets of singing reality show The Voice back in 2014. Shortly, after the show, the two started dating each other and have been together since then.

Last year in October, Gwen Stefani sold the Beverly Hills mansion she used to share with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale for $21 million to comedian Sebastian Maniscalco.

During the lockdown, the couple has been living together in Oklahoma, along with Gwen’s sons Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 6.
