On 8th May, 2018, the couple got married in the presence of their family and close friends from the industry. Interestingly, Sonam and Anand met four years back, and since then have been inseparable.
Today, the couple is celebrating two years of marital bliss. On their second wedding anniversary, Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram to share a cute picture with a heartfelt note for hubby Anand Ahuja. In the picture shared by Sonam, she can be seen planting a peck on his cheek, which also happens to be their first picture together. However, it’s the actresses’ love note that is winning the hearts.
Sonam Kapoor wrote: ‘Our first picture together.. 4 years ago today I met a vegan who could do complicated yoga positions and speak about retail and business with the same ease. I found him unbelievably cool and sexy., he still makes my heart race and grounds me at the same time. Nothing compares to you @anandahuja , your compassion, kindness, generosity and smarts are incredibly attractive but so is your moodiness and your annoying perfectionism. Thank you for being my partner and standing besides me for these 4 years. They have been my most fulfilling. Happy happy anniversary husband.
