Last year, during this time, we all were counting days for the release of Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame. The film means a lot to fans as it was the last time the OG Avengers appeared together. The film left the audience astonished with various twists and turns.
One of the shocking twists was Chris Evans’ Captain America aka Steve Rogers giving up his superpowers. During the climax, when Cap goes back in time to replace the infinity stones, he comes back as an old Steve Rogers who is no longer an Avenger. Today’s trivia is about his age as the makers didn’t disclose it in the film.

A few months ago, Avengers: Endgame makers shared the script of the film and it has clearly mentioned Captain America’s age. When he goes back in time and dances with Peggy Carter, the year shown is 1949. After getting his work done with infinity stones, when Cap returns to present time (2023), he’s old and the age mentioned in the script is 112! Well, this is quite a revelation. There were reports that his age is 79 or 105. But the film’s script mentioned the age of 112 years old, reports screengeek.net.
With Endgame, actor Chris Evans has bid goodbye to Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The actor stated several times that his journey with Marvel has ended and in a great way. So the chances of seeing him donning the suit of Captain America again are nil. In the film, Steve gives his vibranium shield to Sam Wilson aka Falcon (played by Anthony Mackie). Sam will be the new Captain America in Marvel’s Disney+ series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier that also stars Sebastian Stan aka Bucky Barnes.
