Coolie No. 1 New Still: It’s A White Wedding For Varun Dhawan & Sara Ali Khan!

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer Coolie No. 1 is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The film which marks Varun’s reunion with daddy David Dhawan has kept the audience excited with the small updates about the film. Today, a new still from the movie is doing rounds and it will definitely pique your excitement for the film.

The still that we are talking about shows Varun and Sara in a wedding avatar and it is not your traditional Hindu wedding. We are talking about a white wedding as both the actors can be seen wearing white wedding clothes. Varun has lifted Sara in his arms and both look quite happy in the new still.

Recently, Varun was asked if he is doing commercial films due to Kalank’s failure. He denied the statement by saying, “I feel the intent has to be absolutely correct. And I can confidently say that Street Dancer 3D and Coolie No. 1 have been made with sahi niyat. To start with, I’ve huge expectations from Street Dancer. Anything you do with sheer passion can make a big difference.”

Varun also said that he believes a person’s success or failure can never be judged by the basis of how one film fares at the box office. Varun credits a lot of the result of the film to the journey that went into making the film also.

Varun also opened up about working with his father, David Dhawan on a full-on masala potboiler. Speaking to Hindustan Times, Varun said “I really wanted to do a massy film after Judwaa 2 (2017). And working on an out-and-out commercial movie with dad is fantastic. He is the captain of the ship, who makes us have the most fun. Like Coolie No. 1, Street Dancer 3D too is an extremely massy film.”

Coolie No 1. releases on May 1 and will clash with Hollywood film Black Widow starring Scarlette Johansson.
