Taapsee Pannu Has An Epic Reply For Fans Who Question Her For Films Like Judwaa 2

Taapsee Pannu has come a long way in Bollywood due to her interesting choices of scripts. While the actress has some commercial successes to boast of, she has never shied away from taking niche movies like Manmarziyaan and Pink. In this year’s release, Badla too, despite the strong presence of Amitabh Bachchan, the actress managed to win accolades for her acting.

Apart from her movie career, Taapsee is well known for on-point replies and during an interview with Mumbai Mirror, she just reminded us of that quality. Taapsee said that a huge section of her fans is not happy with her commercial script choices like Judwaa 2. But she justified it by quoting, “The reason I decided to take up the film was that I wanted to show the audience that I can pull off such a film and character too. Some people in the film industry were of the opinion that I cannot be successful in films like Judwaa 2.”

She further replied to those fans who questioned her on signing commercial movies by stating, “To my fans, who are unhappy with me for doing Judwaa 2, I would just request them to give Rs 50 crore openings to my upcoming films, and take the total collection to more than Rs 100 crore. Then I assure them that I won’t do films like Judwaa 2.”
