Amidst all the candid talks, Badshah’s overrated comment on Kartik Aaryan too grabbed the attention. Now the celebrated rapper has spilled the beans on the same incident in an interview.
In a talk with Mumbai Mirror, when asked about his Koffee With Karan comment, Badshah stated, “I don’t know why I named him, maybe because we were talking about Kartik during the break. It just came out but the fact is that he is a brilliant actor with a very good script sense. When I told Kartik, I was acting, he joked, ‘Beta, ab tu dekh.'”
In an episode of Koffee With Karan‘s last season, Badshah called Kartik as an overrated actor but Kartik Aaryan’s hilarious reply, it seems like the actor really shares ‘cool’ bond with the rapper and everything is perfectly fine between them.
Badshah’s latest single Paagal dethroned South Korean band BTS’ Boy With Luv and Taylor Swift’s Me! by crossing 75 million-plus views on YouTube within 24 hours, which took everyone by surprise.

He revealed that Google tool helped him break a world record with his new number.
As following of Badshah outside India is not as much as that of Taylor Swift, people started questioning the veracity of the claim. “Bro it’s fake I can’t wait when YouTube is gonna delete your fake paid views,” wrote one Instagram user.
Reacting to the comments, Badshah clarified on Instagram he used Google’s advertising platform to promote Paagal.
