Join UsKabir Singh is literally taking the Box Office by storm as the film has recorded a phenomenal Monday after an excellent weekend. The drop was minimal after a big Friday and that’s a great news for the team Kabir Singh and fans.
The film earned 17.54 crores on Monday compared to 20.21 crores Friday. The Friday to Monday hold is incredible and the 4 day total number is 88.37 crores. While the film is all set to cross the 100 crores mark today, it has already become 8th highest grosser of 2019 crossing the lifetime business of films like Kalank (80 crores) and Badla (88.02 crores).
The film is now chasing Luka Chuppi (94.15 crores), Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi (94.92 crores) and it’s almost certain that it will cross De De Pyaar De (102.40 crores*) too.

Interestingly, 100 crores mark was a challenge for Kabir Singh before release and now that it’s all set to be achieved in 5 days, trade is expecting the film to touch even 200 crores mark. However, a lot will be dependent on how the film performs in the second and third week.
Kabir Singh starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani is the official Hindi remake of Telugu Blockbuster Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda in the title role. The film directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga narrates the story of Kabir, a young final year medical student who falls in love with Preeti, his junior in college. Kiara essays the role of a simple college girl Preeti in the film.
